Field collected in the San Luis Valley of Southern Colorado.

Banded and designed; woven with Saltillo influenced chevron bands. This boldly colored blanket features an unusual green dominant field with lesser quantities of scarlet, yellow and purple aniline dyes. Woven in two widths with wool warp and weft.

In fair overall condition, shows a long history of use and care. Some bleed and dye fading present.
